Before you contact Cuyabeno Dolphin Lodge
The fastest channel is WhatsApp: the same team that welcomes you at the lodge answers the chat. Email works just as well if you prefer to keep everything in writing, and we also attend visitors in person at our Quito office. Because the lodge sits deep in the reserve, messages sent late at night are usually answered the next morning.
